The Harbor Isle Homeowners Association was incorporated with the State of Florida in 1979.  The purpose of the organization is the betterment of the Harbor Isle subdivision.  

Amenities and Character

The Harbor Isle Neighborhood consists of 220 single family homes and is located in Northeast St Petersburg between Mangrove Bay Golf Course and Weedon Island.  This waterfront community has a large interior lake and is bordered to the north and east by Bayou Grande.  

Architecture

Harbor Isle Subdivision was platted in the 1970's.  Many of the homes were built by Rutenberg, Sibley and Bruce/Williams.  Prior to this development, the land was connected to Weedon Island via a bridge which was used as a thoroughfare between St Petersburg and the Gandy area. 

Organization/Programs

Harbor Isle Homeowners Association Inc. was organized in 1979.  The Board meets the first Thursday of each month with two general membership meetings per year.  As in other neighborhoods, the Board is concerned about crime and safety in our community and has an active Neighborhood Crime Watch Program.  In addition, we encourage neighborhood participation and stay connected through email communication and Association sponsored events such as garage sales, picnics, Progressive dinners etc.

72nd Avenue NE through 75th Circle NE and 14th through 18th Streets NE.

Membership

Voting membership in the Association is available to those persons who are property owners and residents of Harbor Isle.  Non-voting membership is available to non-resident owners of property in Harbor Isle; property owners of a household in which there are already one voting member; lessees of residential dwellings in Harbor Isle; and the developer or construction companies who have built at least three homes in Harbor Isle.  Applications for membership may be processed through this website or an application may be obtained by mailed request.
