WHY PAY HIHA DUES?

Throughout the year several activities, informational events, meetings, and socials are organized to bring us together in different ways.  From adult meet and greets to children’s outdoor movie nights, there’s always a fun way to get to know our neighbors better and to learn about our beautiful community.  Finally, as a Harbor Isle HOA member, you will receive any crime or other neighborhood alerts via email.

Our annual HIHA dues are extremely reasonable compared to other communities!  At $75 per household, you have access to all events.  Most importantly, you contribute to maintaining the beauty of our front entrance.  Additionally, dues help with general meeting venue costs and communication.

NEW MEMBERSHIPS

WELCOME! We hope, as a new neighbor, you will choose to join the Harbor Isle Homeowners Association.  

• HOMEOWNER MEMBERSHIP: You may enter two names on the membership application, however only one email address will receive notices.  The primary account will receive renewal invoices. If entering two names, please enter first name as "John and Jane", if using the same last name. If two names with different last names, the please enter first name like "Jane Smith and John Jones".  List last name of primary account holder.  
• PAYMENT - Online payments are available. If you prefer to pay by check, mail to PO Box 21544, St Petersburg FL  33742-1544, or drop off at the home of our membership administrator.  The address will be listed on your emailed invoice.  
• Once your membership has been processed, you will receive an email from this site address (harborislehoa.wildapricot.org) instructing you to reset your password.  This will only occur for your first time membership.  Thereafter, you will maintain your own profile including email addresses, phone numbers and visibility of any of your personal information. You will just need to click on your name at top of page and select Edit profile. 
• Any new (never having been a HIHA member) memberships for a partial year will pay a prorated fee.
