HIHA Fall Picnic & General Membership Meeting

Time to celebrate the fall season! You are invited to the Annual Fall Picnic and General Membership Meeting on Sunday, November 20th.  It is a great day for casual outdoor family fun.  The Reilly's address will be provided in your registration confirmation email, or is available in the online directory.  Please register by Thursday, November 17th if you wish to attend. Make sure you let us know how many adults and how many children will be attending in your party. Please list ages of children. You may direct questions to our email address or to 727-480-7187. We are in need of tables.  Indicate on your reply if you are able to provide one.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE A REGISTRATION REMINDER EMAIL, THEN PLEASE SELECT "REGISTER" FOLLOWING PROMPTS AND CHECK REGRETS AT THE BOTTOM OF REGISTRATION FORM . YOU NEED NOT RSVP REGRETS OTHERWISE. 

OBVIOUSLY ANOTHER OPTION IS TO IGNORE AND DELETE THE EMAILS UPON RECEIPT.  

Luckie B's will once again provide the barbeque portion of the day.  The BBQ meat, beer, soda, water, juice boxes, and paper products etc. will be provided by HIHA. 

Attendees are asked to bring the following dishes as indicated by the first letter of your last name:

A - D -----Side Dish that goes with barbeque

E - K -----Football snacks and finger foods

L - S------Dessert

T - Z------Free choice from the above 

You are encouraged to bring your creation in a disposable dish with disposable server. If not, please make sure dishes are clearly marked with your name. 

An afternoon of family fun has been planned to include an outdoor venue to view the Bucs game as well as lawn games.  Please plan to bring chairs or blankets as no seating will be provided.
