NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN UP-POSTPONED

POTENTIAL BAD WEATHER FOR TOMORROW APRIL 2ND.  EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND EMAILS WILL BE SENT OUT WHEN THE NEW DATE HAS BEEN SET.

TIME FOR SPRING CLEANING

HarborIsle Homeowners Association wants to help you with cleaning up your yard!

All families are encouraged to use this weekend as an opportunity to clean up their yards and have the yard waste removed by the HOA.

Two trucks and trailers will be provided by HIHA.  They will begin their first round of pickups around 11 am.  Of course you will have already started your yard clean up prior to that time.  The plan is for the trucks to make pickups in a 30 minute rotation.   The last pickup will be at 3 pm.  Homeowners may begin to place yard waste at your curb starting on Friday, but PLEASE no earlier than that.  Water and Gatorade will be available on one of the trailers.  You will just need to flag it down.

The Ice Cream Social will begin around 3:30 pm.  Location is yet to be determined, but you may register now by visiting the website for separate registration or  click on link below to be sent to the social registration form.

VOLUNTEERS! VOLUNTEERS! VOLUNTEERS! 

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

Please register if you plan to participate in the clean up (so we will know how much waste to anticipate) and DEFINITELY let us know where you can help.  Just check off appropriate areas where you will participate. Please RSVP by Weds March 30th if you plan to participate in the clean up.  Please VOLUNTEER ASAP as HIHA Board will be setting up the volunteer schedule on Thursday, March 31st.  The Board also plans to purchase gloves, garbage bags, Gatorade and water for this event earlier than that date, so number volunteering will be needed as soon as possible.   

STUDENTS NEEDING VOLUNTEER HOURS???

You may volunteer and the paperwork will be completed for you.  You may register to volunteer under this same registration.  Please make sure to leave contact information so that HIHA can get back to you with your completion  hours information.
