HIHA Fall Picnic & General Membership Meeting

Mark your calendar now for this day of casual outdoor family fun.  The Reilly's address is available in the online directory for members.  If you are not a member, you will receive the address in your registration confirmation email.  Please register by November 12th if you wish to attend. Make sure you let us know how many adults and how many children will be attending in your party.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ATTEND AND DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE REMINDER EMAILS, THEN PLEASE RESPOND TO THE INVITATION AND CHECK REGRETS AT THE BOTTOM. 

OBVIOUSLY ANOTHER OPTION IS TO IGNORE AND DELETE THE EMAILS UPON RECEIPT.  I APOLOGIZE FOR INCONVENIENCE.

Luckie B's will once again provide the barbeque portion of the day.  The BBQ meat, beer, soda, water, juice boxes, and paper products etc. will be provided by HIHA. 

Attendees are asked to bring the following dishes as indicated by the first letter of your last name:

A - D -----Appetizer and/or side dish

E - K -----Dessert

L - S------Salad

T - Z------Free choice from the above 

You are encouraged to bring your creation in a disposable dish with disposable server.

Marianne Sabadish has pulled together a day of family fun which will include bubbles, chalk, playground balls, horseshoes and more.  

This is also serving as our General Membership Meeting and the election of new officers will be conducted by ballot (which is now posted on the Member Home Page and available on day of picnic as well).
